The earlier, the better but whether you need full planning or day-of coordination depends on how much support you're looking for. Hiring me early can actually save you money. I've seen couples book a venue before setting a budget, buy a dress before choosing a venue, or book vendors in the wrong order. Then they realize they've spent too much in one area and don't have enough left for everything else. That's why our first meeting is always about your budget. Your Pinterest board is inspiration, but your budget is what guides every decision. From there, I'll walk you through the planning process in a proven order so nothing gets overlooked and your budget works for you from the very beginning. If you've already planned everything yourself, that's okay too. My Day-of Coordination service begins about 8–12 weeks before your wedding. During that time, I'll take over vendor communication, build your timeline, tie up loose ends, lead your venue walkthrough and rehearsal, and manage the wedding day so you can simply enjoy it.

While they're focused on the venue, I'm focused on you, your guests, and every moving piece of the day. I'm the person creating a timeline around your biggest moments, leading your rehearsal, overseeing décor setup, and making sure every vendor is on the same page before the day even begins. On the wedding day, I'm the one fluffing your dress before you walk down the aisle, bustling it before the reception, holding your bouquet during photos, pinning boutonnieres, fixing a broken bustle or loose button, cleaning a stain off your dress, calming a nervous parent, and making sure you actually get a chance to eat dinner and enjoy a drink together. Behind the scenes, I'm solving problems before they become your problems. If a vendor is running late, the weather changes, a family member unintentionally throws off the timeline, or someone has a last-minute question, I'm handling it. Vendors and guests come to me, not you, so you can stay present and enjoy your wedding. At the end of the night, I'm making sure your gifts, cards, guest book, leftover cake, personal décor, and keepsakes are packed up so nothing gets left behind. The biggest difference? A venue coordinator is there to coordinate the venue. I'm there to coordinate your entire wedding experience and advocate for you every step of the way.

Absolutely. In fact, it's one of the first conversations we'll have. Before we talk about flowers or rentals, I'll ask you one simple question: What's the most important thing to you? Is it the design? The guest experience? An incredible party? Amazing food? Stunning photos? Once we know what matters most, we'll build the budget around those priorities. I believe your money should go where you'll feel it the most, not where tradition says it should. I'll also be honest about where you can save. Most guests won't remember the favors they took home, whether your napkins were personalized, if your dance floor had a monogram, or even what your cake looked like. If those details aren't important to you, I'd rather put that money toward something that creates a bigger impact. My goal isn't to fit your vision into your budget, it's to help you spend your budget intentionally so your wedding feels exactly the way you want it to.

Before we choose flowers, rentals, or décor, we'll start with your budget. That helps us understand what's realistic and where your investment will make the biggest impact. From there, I'll learn your story, your style, and what's important to you. I'll use your Pinterest board as inspiration, not a blueprint. Instead of copying someone else's wedding, I'll create a design that's personal to you and works for your venue, budget, and priorities. Once you approve the design, I'll source the rentals and décor, work with your florist and vendor team, and keep everything organized in a shared planning document so you can see exactly what's been selected and where we are in the process. I also think beyond the décor. Every design decision is made with your guests in mind, so the wedding doesn't just look beautiful but it feels memorable too.

I want your guests to leave saying, "I've never been to a wedding like that before." When I'm designing your wedding, I'm thinking through every moment of the day. What do your guests see when they arrive? What do they hear during cocktail hour? What are they touching at the table? What does the room smell like? Is there something unexpected that makes them smile? Even the restroom experience isn't an afterthought. Sometimes that looks like interactive cocktail-hour experiences, conversation-starting table games, or a surprise hidden beneath a napkin for just a few guests to discover, a late-night snack wall, live entertainment, surprise moments throughout the evening, or unique party elements that keep the energy going long after dinner. Other times it's as simple as choosing the right linen because texture is part of the experience too. Every decision has a purpose.
